David L. Raudebush, 65, of Brice Prairie, passed away peacefully at Gundersen Health System with his family by his side on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. He was born August 8, 1949 to William and Doris Raudebush in Sparta. He was a 1967 graduate of Onalaska High School. He married Deb Prigge March 1, 1980 in La Crosse.

David was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, camping, trap shooting and fishing with his wife on Lake Onalaska. He enjoyed watching Wisconsin sport teams. For 35 years he was a cement mason. He finished his working career at Ashley Furniture.

He is survived by his wife, Deb; children, Chad (Laura) Prigge, Dana Raudebush (Matt Reiman); grandchildren, Aven and Amanda; brother, Tom Raudebush; sister, Mary Raudebush; aunt, Betty Garvin of Texas; and countless friends.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Oncology at Gundersen Health System, notably Doctors Kwong and Conway, and the fifth floor Gastrology Department.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Coulee Region Cremation Group and Funeral Home, 133 Mason St., Onalaska. Rev. Ted Dewald will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Informal lunch at Petticoat Junction will follow the services.
