Edward “Ed” Zellmer, 79, of Sparta, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2017 in his home.

Ed is survived by his wife, Sharon; children, Greg Zellmer (Carrie Solberg), Sherri (Wayne) Bohl, Lori Chopp (Bryan Harris); step son, Mark Miller; brother, Bill; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lessie; and sister, Mary.

A celebration of Ed’s life will be held in late April at his home.
