Ernie Schultz
Ernie Schultz, 74, of Onalaska and formally from the Waseca MN area passed away on Monday, July 7, 2014, at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital with his wife, Lisa (Nelson) Schultz, by his side.
Ernie was a kind hearted patient man who liked to go fishing, drive the countryside, play cards, and go camping. He worked for Joston’s while running a farm for over 20 years. Then he proceded in his lifetime to work at Jerome Turkey plant, purchase and run Grumpy’s Pit Stop Bar, work at Newark meat plant, own and run his own car lot, run an office cleaning business, and his last venture was driving cab until he retired at 62.
He is survived by his wife Lisa (Nelson), daughters Lynn (Josh) Erickson, Kimberly Schultz, his older brother Robert (Dee) Schultz, and nephew Cory Schultz.
Ernie is preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Sophie Schultz.
Private memorial service will be held for family at a later date. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
Lisa, I am so sorry for your loss. I only stopped by to see him a couple times after I quit Allegiant. He’s really going to be missed. Some of my best memories of that job was time spent with you and Ernie. Please let me know how you are doing.
