ONALASKA — Garry William Reid, 47, of Onalaska passed away Friday, June 18, 2010. He was born to Claire and Jean, Dec. 18, 1963.

Garry was a beautiful, precocious child who brought joy to the lives of his family. He delighted in entertaining family and friends with his endless tales and engaging commentary. He graduated from Holmen High School as well as Western Wisconsin Technical College with a degree as a tool and die maker. Garry was a longterm employee of Northern Engraving Corporation.

The love of his life and his greatest source of pride was his daughter, Anna. Garry is survived by his wonderful, loving daughter, Anna Elizabeth; his parents, Claire and Jean; his brothers, Dan (Robin) and Tim (Candy); his sister, Kaara (John) Freismuth; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and uncle, Al Reid.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
