Izayah William Jones, 11, was granted his angel wings on August 2^nd 2015. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Izayah had touched in a memorable way throughout his short life. Izayah will always be remembered by his infectious smile and his ever so contagious giggle.

Although we will miss him every day, he will forever remain in our hearts. Through his teachings about life, we were able to create wonderful memories.

Izayah leaves behind many wonderful caregivers that provided love and support that enhanced his quality of life. There is a special place in our hearts for the nurses and doctors at Gundersen Lutheran Health Systems who cared for Izayah on his final days and his doctors who cared for him throughout his life at Mayo Rochester and Mayo La Crosse. These dedicated caregivers provided continued compassion and support.

Izayah is survived by his loving grandparents and guardians Robert and Charlotte Jones of Onalaska WI; brother Nathanyal Hale; uncle and aunt Tim and Suzy Courtright of Mobile AL; uncle Shane Jones of Brownsville MN; uncle and aunt Joe and Alisha Newman of Onalaska WI; Aunt Patti Jones of Holmen WI; uncle Bobby Jones of Holmen WI; and many cousins.

He was predeceased by his mother Jennifer Jones, paternal great grandfather Bob Williams of Sturgis SD and maternal great grandfather Ralph Warren of Des Moines IA.

Memorial service will be held on August 22^nd 2015 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Coulee Region Cremation Group, located at: 133 Mason Street, Onalaska WI. A private burial will be held on August 29^th in Sturgis SD where he will be laid to rest next to his loving mother (Jennifer L. Jones).
