Of Onalaska-Janet Valeria Endres, 82, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2010 at Mulder Health Care Facility in West Salem. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20 at 11AM at West Salem Baptist Church with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

 

Janet Valeria Endres, 82, of Onalaska, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2010 at Mulders Health Care Facility in West Salem. She was born on January 25, 1928 to James and Hazel (Freeman) Endres in Saint Petersburg, FL.

 

Janet was a Minister with the Salvation Army for 28 years serving in Florida, Illinois, Upper Michigan and Wisconsin. She retired in 1988. Even though Janet never had children, she was love by many.

 

Janet is survived by her nephews, Robert (Marilyn) Powell of Demorest, GA, Fred (Carol) Endres of Cumming, GA, James Endres of Pinellas Park, FL; niece, Jeanette (Robert) Ridgeway of Pinellas Park, FL; great-nephew, Robert (Kathy) Powell of Seminole, FL; great-nieces, Leslie Powell of Kenneth City, FL, Lisa (Eric) Branson of Saint Petersburg, FL; and many friends.

 

Janet is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, James, Gerald, and Arlyss.

 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20 at 11AM at West Salem Baptist Church, 341 S. Mill St., West Salem, WI. The Rev. Rick Sella will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials preferred to West Salem Baptist Church.
