John L. Knecht, 72, of Onalaska, died Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse.

John is survived by his wife, Kathleen Danielson and her children, Julie Danielson-Brinen and Peter Danielson; brother, David; and sisters, Elizabeth and Barbara.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
