Marvin Eugene Bardeen

Marvin Eugene Bardeen, 57, of Sparta, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse. He was born to James and Lorraine Bardeen on April 17, 1958.

He enjoyed restoring antique trucks and tractors.  He was proud to be a logger for over 20 years. Mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his family, his grandchildren,  and his dog, Willie.

He is survived by his daughters, Rachelle Baumer, Beth (Mitch) Smith; grandchildren, Alexis, Hailey, Adam, Hunter, Easton, Tucker; parents; James (Lorraine) Bardeen; siblings, James (Jean) Bardeen, Susan (Rodney) Leiterman, Marian Bardeen, Carol (Dave) Maulsby; many other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Philip Bardeen; 2 nephews, Shawn and Heath Fitzgibbons.

A celebration of life will be held on August 15, 2015 starting at 1:00 pm at his home. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.

    I only met him a couple times at a friends party.He seemed to be really good guy. Sorry for your loss.
