Michael J. Hansen, 72, of Holmen, died Monday, July 4, 2016, at his home. Mike is survived by his wife, Sharon of Holmen, 2 sons, Michael (Maurina) of Anchorage, AK, Bill “Bomber” (Jaime) of Mindoro, one grandson, Jonathan of Holmen and his special grand-dogs, Cashmere, Patsy and Willy.

Mike worked as a welder as a steam-fitter and running his own welding shop on the north side of La Crosse and then in Holmen until he became disabled. Mike will be remembered most for his wit and craft to come up with amazing ideas to build or fix anything. He will be missed dearly.

Per Mike’s wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no services.

Coulee Region Cremation group is assisting the family.
