Robert Myron Seebauer

Robert Myron Seebauer, 70, of Onalaska, died peacefully on February 13, 2017 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born on April 5, 1946 to Edwin and Alice Seebauer. He married Lorraine Edith Johnson on July 7, 1973 in La Crosse, WI.

Robert worked at United Auto Supply for over 40 years before retiring in 2009. After that “every day was Saturday”.

He loved hunting, fishing, racing, polka music, the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers, and Milwaukee Brewers. Most of all Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Robert is survived by his wife of 43 years, Lorraine; children, Mark (Kristie Hemmersbach), Sara (Mike) Albrecht; grandkids, Tanner, Simon; granddogs, Mya, Koko, Kesha; siblings, Albert (Mary), Joyce (John) Deal, Bernie; sisters in law, Linda Hinkley, Marilyn Kreibich; brother in law, Ricky Johnson; godson, James Deal; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; mother and father in law; and four legged fur friend, Meeko.

The family would like to thank everyone at Mayo Clinic Health System especially the hospice staff.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason Street, Onalaska, with visitation from 9:30 until the time of the service. Chaplain Jeff Thomson will officiate. A celebration of Robert’s life will follow from 12:30 until 3:00 pm at the La Crescent American Legion.

Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
