Of Holmen- Robert Wayne Armstrong, 80, died November 4, 2014 in his home.  A memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 4:00 pm with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the Coulee Region Cremation Group in Onalaska.  A full obituary will follow.
