Steven Duane Franck, 60, of La Crosse, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at his home in La Crosse. He was born on March 25, 1955 to Leon and Arlene Franck. He married Beverly Steen on September 14, 1974 and later divorced 1997.

Steve loved spending time with his family, grandkids, and two german shepherds, Arras and Kaiser; He loved gardening and his hibiscuses. He also loved riding horses with his daughters Lisa and Sarah. Steve enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting with his sons Steven and Derek. The past few years Steve devoted his days to helping and caring for his parents, Arlene and Leon.

Steve is survived by his parents, Rev. Leon (Arlene) Franck; Children, Steven Paul (Nancy) Franck, Sarah (Ross Patzner) Franck – Hemker, Lisa (Andy) Morehouse, Derek (Jessica) Franck; grandchildren, Ethan, Kaylee, Colton; brothers, Dennis (Jill) Franck, David (Jill) Franck, Daniel (Victoria) Franck; sisters, Karen (Mark) Seppo; and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.

The family would like to thank all of those throughout the years who have shown friendship to Steven.

A celebration of Steven’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at Rivers Harvest Church, 1001 Quincy Street, Onalaska, WI with visitation from 12:00 pm until the time of the service also at the church.
