Charles “Rick” Richard Sweeney Jr., 63, of Mauston, WI, died peacefully on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse. The family will be having services in Pennsylvania at a later date. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
