Shirley Jane McCain
Shirley Jane McCain, 79 of Holmen, WI, formerly of Whitehall, WI, passed away peacefully on December 30 with family by her side. Most knew her as Jane McCain. She was born on October 21, 1938 to Sidney and Ernestine Smith. She married Roger A. McCain on August 15, 1960 in Elk Point, SD.
Jane is survived by her husband Roger, her daughter Linda Reedy of Onalaska, WI; Granddaughters, Bridget Reedy, Jennifer (Sam) Reedy-Taylor, Kelsey Beck and Kaitlin McCain; great-grandchildren Bladen, Maverick and Henleigh; her sisters Sue Morris and Lois (Steve) Taylor as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, son Bruce, daughter Kimberly, Aunt Lois and Uncle Louis Bilhmeyer, brothers in law, Jim Morris and Robert McCain. We want to thank Gundersen Health System for all of their help and support.
A memorial service will be held for Jane at 10:30am on Monday, January 8, 2018, at Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St. Onalaska, with visitation from 9:30 until the time of the service. Chaplain Jeff Thomson will officiate. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.

Know that your family is in our prayers and thoughts during this time.
One of my last memories of Aunt Jane was when my Mom (Olive McCain) and I drove to WI to visit as I had an appointment in Rochester. We visited Rog and Jane in their motor home. It was apparent that they loved to travel.
My summers visiting in Whitehall were fond fun memories too. I just loved the big two story home you lived in.
And the highlight was going to the A&W for French fries and ice cream.
And the best memory was Aunt Jane would let us swim everyday.
