Sylvia Pauline Cibulka, 96, of Sparta, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2018 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on July 16^th, 1921 to Jahn and Joesaphine Vaculik. She married Otto Cibulka on July 3^rd, 1944 in Toledo, OH.  She was a wonderful mother, wife, and grandmother. She spent her life helping care for her grandchildren and animals. She had such a passion for all animals. When she could, she enjoyed volunteering at Rolling Hills. Sylvia left an impression on everyone’s heart she met through the years. Her pride and joy were her great grandchildren, whom brought her so much happiness. Most of all, Sylvia was so grateful and proud of her amazing daughter Kitty who took care of her for 35 years. She told everyone how good Kitty was to her. Sylvia lived her life surrounded by her family and friends. Her humor and sarcasm will be missed greatly. Sylvia is now at peace with the love of her life, Otto, and her great granddaughter, Sophia.

Syliva is survived by her daughter, Kitty Vasicek; granddaughter, Niki Culpitt; grandson, Kris (Katie) Vasicek; greatgrandchildren, Dylan Culpitt, Oakley, Heath, Jayda, and Elon Vasicek. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Otto Cibulka; brother, Edward Vaculik; son-in-law, Donald Vasicek; and great granddaughter, Sophia Ella Rose Vasicek.

The family wishes to thank Gundersen Hospice and their family and friends for their wonderful care and support. The family will be holding private services in Sylvia’s honor. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
