Dorothy Anne (Crawford) Halverson
Dorothy Anne (Crawford) Halverson, 77, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
Dorothy was born December 18, 1937 to Alex and Beulah Crawford. She worked many years at Young’s 76 Truckstop in New Lisbon, Wisconsin, before moving to the Lacrosse area. She fostered adults and children for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by her children, Sandi (Mike) Hesselberg, Sheila Berent, Scott (Winn) Aiken, Lynn Collar, Brian (Erika) Halverson and nine grandchildren, Bobby and Brian Berent, Joe Hesselberg, Kaylah Frierson, Matthew Halverson, Annmarie and Jenny Erdman, Nicholas and Gabrielle Halverson and ten great grandchildren, Mariah, Dakota, Michael, Thomas, Madison, Nivaya, Shayla, Josh, Caleb and Keiran . Dorothy is also survived by her Brother Walter Crawford, Sisters, Maxine Rush, Christine Blackford, Nancy Putman and many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, John and Gene Crawford, sisters Darlene Hastings, Evelyn Puff and Edith King and grandson, Kenny Halverson.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska.

Dear Peggy & Family we are so sorry for the lost of your husband Bob & your father. we wished we could come up to Wisconsin Peggy, but we can’t right now.
