Karen Ann Gaddes
Karen Ann Gaddes,73, of Onalaska went home to be with our beloved Lord and Savior on July 24th. She was born on Feb. 8th 1940 to Einer and Edna Christensen in Racine WI.
She is survived by her loving husband, Don and best four legged friend, Teddy. Karen and Don were blessed with five children, Don Jr ( Jenn), LeeAnn (Randy Linhart), Sandra (Mark Mercer), Rebecca (Frank Valdez), Karrie (Scott Berg). Grandchildren are Misty, Jordan, Alexandra, Abraham, Dylan, Cooper, Xavier. Great grandchild Emili, Sister Sandra and twin sister Sharon and numerous nieces and nephews. We will hold her dear in our hearts.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at Gundersen Health System for the compassion and grace they showed our mother and wife.
There will be a visitation at 1:00 pm and service to follow at 2:00 pm on Saturday July 27, 2013 at the Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska. Pastor Phillip Stein will officiate.
Our deepest sympathy to Don & family. Karen was a dear friend who will be greatly missed. She had a heart of gold & I will hold our memories close. God bless all of you, I know she is in the loving care of her God & Savior!
