Adrian Woychik Age 82, of Arcadia, WI passed away peacefully on Sept. 21, 2013 at Gundersen Tri-County Care Center in Whitehall, WI. 
Adrian was born April 30, 1931 to John and Gertrude (Miemietz) Woychik.  He married Theresa Waldera, they later divorced.
Adrian is survived by his children Kenneth Woychik, Kathryn Woychik, Mike (Peggy) Woychik, Joe (Theresa) Woychik, and Mark (Deb Kamrowski) Woychik.  Grandchildren Jennifer and Adam Woychik.  Great granddaughter Abigayle Woychik.   Twin sister Tina (Ed) Slabik and numerous neices and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, a sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Ephrain Killian.
Visitation will be held Thurday, September 26th from 1:00-2:00 p.m., with Mass at 2:00 p.m. at SS Peter and Paul’s Church in Independence, WI.  Burial will be at a later date.
