Onalaska- Harold “Pete” Peterson, 80, passed away November 28, 2013. Pete was born Feb. 13, 1933 to Ernest and Eva Peterson. On Dec. 29, 1953 he married the love of his life, Pat Gilbertson, when he was in the Air Force. He was at Allis-Chalmers for 19 years until they closed and then for over 20 years worked at Dairland Power. Pete loved taking pictures and just being out with his camera. There were many special times spent up along Lake Superior and Manitowish Waters Wisconsin with his family

He is survived by his wife, Pat; daughter, Lorelei and grandson, Travis; and many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Vickey Lynn; his parents, and his beloved dog Sunshine.

His wishes were to be cremated and no service will be held.

The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Gundersen Health System for their loving care and compassion. Thank you to the many friends and loved ones who have been there for each of us. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.
