Kris Raymond Pelan
Kris Raymond Pelan, 53, of La Crosse, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at his home.
Kris was born in La Crosse on August 21, 1960 to Joseph and Kathryn Pelan. He graduated from Brown College, Minneapolis, with a degree in Electronics Technology. He worked for Pacific Hoe Company, Portland, Oregon, and traveled the United States and Canada repairing electronic machinery at Saw Mills.
Kris is survived by his parents, Joseph and Kathryn Pelan; fiance, Loretta Critchlow; sisters, Debra (Kurt) Schubert, Linda (Michael) Waddell; nieces, Kristina Schubert, Heather (Arthur) Buck, Elizabeth (Wes) Sparks; nephew, Ian Ver Valin; great-nephew, Demetri; and great-niece, Vera Lynn; and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Faith United Methodist Church, 1818 Redfield St., La Crosse, with a visitation at 10:00 until the service at the church. Pastor Scott McMurray will officiate. Coulee Region Cremation Group and Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to Kris’s Family from his friends in Oregon. We are sorry for your loss and saddened that Kris passed so early and unexpectedly. We will keep his memories in our hearts.
