La Vonne Joyce Holseth, 77, of Holmen, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at the Onalaska Care Center. She was born June 18, 1936 to Howard Sr and Veronica Borger in Onalaska.
She married Eugene “Hoza” Holseth June 15,1957 and they later divorced.

She loved bowling, playing cards, bingo, the Chicago Cubs, Green Bay Packers, and cross word puzzles.

She is survived by her daughters, Joan Holseth, Joyce Holseth; son, Jerry (Carol) Holseth; 1 granddaughter, Nicole (Michael) Turnmire; sister, Judith (Barney) Daniczyk; brothers, Kenneth (Jean) Borger, Howard Jr (Patricia) Borger; sister-in-law, Elaine Borger; special friends, Bev Mades, Patsy Oliver; several nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Arnold Borger, Harley Borger; nephew, David Borger.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska. Family burial will be held at a later date.
