Anthony J. Talley, 68, of Onalaska, passed away on January 2, 2015 at Bethany St Joseph Care Center in La Crosse. He was the oldest brother of Kendall Dogan Davis, Daryl Dogan, Joseph Dogan III and uncle to Theresa Dogan and Everett Davis Jr. and a friend to many. He was loved and he will be sorely missed by all.

    Tony was such a pleasant and humorous person to know. Bill knew him through work. It was nearly a year ago when we ran into him and even though he did not feel well he maintained his sense of humor. What a wonderful guy. Rest in Peace.

    Anthony Talley, Sgt. ,is remembered as a model soldier an leader of troops. Many men and women who served under his direction have certain levels of success owing to Sgt. Talley. Anthony was an even better person who gave his best each day allowed. Thank You Sgt Talley for your most recent coorespondence.
