Mary R. Mielke
Mary Robin Mielke, 72, of La Crosse, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2020 at home.
She was born on May 25, 1948 in Mauston, WI to Chester and Virginia (Newkirk) Godfrey.
She is survived by her daughter, Noelle (Godfrey-Pfeifer), son-in-law Robin Pfeifer and her beloved cat Sarah.
The family would like to thank the Mayo staff in ICU, 7th Floor, and Hospice Care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Coulee Region Humane Society.
A celebration of Mary’s life will be held in the spring and Noelle and Robin’s home.
So sorry to see that Mary passed away. She was an integral part of the Guest House Motel for many years. A great breakfast cook who provided many customers with a friendly smile and an ear to listen.
