Barbara Jeanne (Baumbach) Jaeger, 67, of Onalaska and formerly of Sparta, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at her home. She was born December 7, 1954, to Dorwin and Jeanne (Walker) Baumbach.

On February 29, 1992, she was united in marriage to her best friend Terry Jaeger at the Greens in Sparta. He preceded her in death on October 18, 2017. Barb worked for 11 years for the Dallas Cheerleader Company and 20 years at Century Foods International.

Surviving are her sons, Justin (Heather) Pryor, and their children Layne and Kash of Trempealeau; Jesse (Danielle) Pryor and children Alex and Mikah Huggett of Cataract, brothers; Gary (Janice) Baumbach of Sparta, David Baumbach of Fallon, NV. and sister, Susan (Tim) Taylor of Dexter, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents Dorwin and Jeanne Baumbach and her best friend and beloved husband Terry Jaeger.

A celebration of her life will be held 12:00 pm, Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Club 16 Tavern, 1615 West Wisconsin Street, in Sparta. Private family burial will be held in the St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Sparta. Coulee Region Cremation Group of Onalaska is assisting her family in their time of loss.
