Jerome Paul Paisley, 84, of West Salem  passed away Friday Feb. 25, 2022. He was born on August 19, 1937 to Bunson (Kelly) and Alinda (Holseth) Paisley.

He graduated from Mindoro High School in 1955 and went into US Army from 1959-1961 where he was stationed in Germany. Upon his return he married Carol Lee Tracey June 6, 1964 and they lived and worked in Union Grove working at American Motors. Then he moved to West Salem in 1970 where he worked for the La Crosse County Highway Dept for 27 years. He was involved in the Lions Club and enjoyed attending West Salem High School Sporting Events. An Avid Brewers fan he loved going to the Brewers games with family and friends. Jerome was also involved in many local parades driving his beloved convertible.

Jerome will be remembered by his family, son, Scott and wife, Renee, grandsons: Jake and Lance Corporal (USMC) Cooper Paisley: sister Linda Kay (Robert) Achterkirch, sister in law Delores Paisley, sister in law Mary Paisley, ex wife Jane Romskog Jerome,beloved nieces and nephews Tammy Bauman, Tim Paisley, Amy Tauscher. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bunson and Alinda Paisley, brother Russell Paisley, sister in law Vivian( Olson )Paisley, nephew Larry Paisley, niece Sherry Paisley, brother James (snag) Paisley,  niece Terri Paisley and ex wife Carol (Tracey) Paisley

A private family ceremony will be held in summer 2022.
