Carol Lee (Tracey) Paisley
LA CROSSE – Carol Lee (Tracey) Paisley, 77, of La Crosse passed away Thursday Feb. 17, 2022. She was born on March 7, 1944 to John Sr. and Vivian (Hanson) Tracey.
She graduated from Mindoro High School in 1962 and married Jerome Paisley in 1964. She worked at Trane Company in La Crosse for 18 years and then went on to be a successful Home Interiors salesperson for many years. She enjoyed her Wisconsin sports teams cheering on the Brewers, Badgers, Packers and Bucks. She loved spending time with her family and telling stories of her childhood in Mindoro. Later in life nothing brought a bigger smile to her face than the lights of her life her two grandsons: Jake and Cooper.
Carol will be remembered by her family, son, Scott and wife, Renee, grandsons: Jake and Lance Corporal (USMC) Cooper Paisley: siblings: Betty (Dale) Kirchner, Alice Baumer, Ruth (Leon) Pfaff, Sam (Pam) Tracey and Cindy Tracey along with many beloved nieces and nephews and ex husband, Jerome Paisley. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Sr. and Vivian Tracey; brother, John Tracey and brother-in-law, Jim Baumer.
A private family ceremony will be held in summer 2022.
To Scott and Family: I’m so sorry to hear the sad news of your Mom and Dad’s passing. I loved car pooling with your Mom when she worked at Trane. She was so much fun to be around and had such a great sense of humor. I have many fond memories of her. My sympathies to all.
