She was the proud primary caregiver of 54 years to her disabled son, Erik, who passed on May 16, 2024. Rhea loved celebrating his birthdays. Each year they looked forward to their annual summer trip to Mackinac Island. They loved going to the movies together and being involved with activities within the Winona community of disabled individuals.

Rhea also enjoyed going to the Olive Garden, watching BBC mysteries and drama series, and spending quality time with her family.

Rhea and Erik were a big part of the ORC and DAC worlds. I enjoyed working with Erik. Rhea was a strong supporter of her son but would correct if necessary. Rhea, may you rest in peace with Erik and watch from above.
