Anne, we’re so sorry for your loss.
Phil was such a valued part of our OTOW neighborhood. He was one whose presence made a quiet difference.
I expect and I hope Phil’s spirit will remain in the neighborhood he helped shape.
Wishing you peace, however it comes.

Phil was a friend of my husband Kenny Lash, who passed just the week before him. They played golf and went for drives up to the cabin and just really enjoyed each other’s company. I’m sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers.
