Paul H. Delaney
Paul Delaney, born on December 15, 1942, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He was a cherished father, grandfather, brother, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone he met.
Paul was the proud owner of a successful floor installation company for many years. His dedication to his craft and his commitment to quality made him a respected figure in the industry. After retiring, he found joy in cooking at a friend’s restaurant, where he delighted patrons with his culinary creations. His famous chicken dumpling soup became a beloved favorite, along with many other delicious dishes that showcased his passion for cooking.
Family was at the heart of Paul’s life. He adored his grandchildren, Alyssa and Trever Coorough, and took immense pride in their accomplishments and growth. His daughters, Melissa (Todd) Randall and Patricia (David) Uehling, were his pride and joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He was also a beloved brother to many siblings and a dear uncle to numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom will miss his presence deeply.
Paul had a special love for Christmas and always had a tree up year-round, bringing joy and festive spirit to his home no matter the season. His enthusiasm for the holiday was infectious, and he created lasting memories for his family and friends with his holiday cheer.
Paul will be remembered for his generous spirit, his unwavering love for his family, and his ability to bring people together through his cooking and his warm personality. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A private memorial will be held at a later date to celebrate Paul’s life.
Rest in peace, Paul Delaney. You will be forever missed and always remembered.
