Debra Jane Jennings, 66, of Holmen, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026.  She was born December 29, 1959 to Donald Johnson and Winifred Person.

She is survived by her daughter, Heather (Eamonn Kingsbury) Hutchings; grandson, Silas Kingsbury; mother, Winifred “Winnie” (Bradley Hubing); brothers, Brent (Kelly) Johnson, Brian (Dawn) Johnson; sister, Lori Johnson; special friend Mary (Leonard) Atkinson; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Debra is preceded in death by her father, Donald Johnson.

Her celebration of life was held while she was living so no services will be held at this time.  Memorials may sent to Winifred Miller-Hubing at 422 9th Avenue North, Onalaska, WI 54650.  Any memorials received will be used for her only grandchild, 5 year old Silas Kingsbury’s future endeavors.
