Geraldine “Jeri” J. Reps
Geraldine “Jeri” Joyce Reps, 68, of Brice Prairie, passed away July 10, 2015 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. She was born July 27, 1946 to Charles and Roseann Matzek.
Jeri loved knitting, flea markets, crocheting, picture taking and riding on Speeder Cars. She mostly enjoyed taking care of her family.
She is survived by her life partner, Lonnie Holland; son, Mark (Cozette) Reps, granddaughter, Alexandra Reps, step-granddaughter, Tokata Gallup; sisters, Jeannie Patrick, Judy Fredendall, Karen (Dan) Lemke, Georgia (Glen) Hanson; brother, Chuck (Rosemary) Matzek; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jim Matzek.
The family would like to thank her surgeon, Dr. Skemp, and the staff of the ICU and Oncology Departments.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason St., Onalaska.

Geri, I will never forget how you were always there for our family. Most of my memories of you were em when I was young, eating macaroni and cheese at you kitchen table and taking me to the doctor when I broke my arm (cause gramma’ driving was scary!) but my favorite memory is more recent. When my husband was trimming Granma’s hedges and you, Gramma, and Jeanie all were checking him out. I laughed until I almost peed my pants! You three were hilarious! I know you’ll be watching us all from up above!
