Debra “Deb” Lynn Cox, 61, of Stoddard passed away peacefully on August 24, 2016, at Hillview Health Care Center in La Crosse.  She was born on March 20, 1955 to Richard E and Gail Beyer.   She married Dennis Cox on Sept 13, 1980 in Esofia Park.

Deb graduated from Logan High School in 1973.  She then graduated from UWL with a bachelor’s degree in Business.  She worked for Reinhart Food Service for 16 years.

Deb was very active and enjoyed time with her dogs and horse and rode on a regular basis.  She was an avid gardener and could spend hours outside tending her flowers and plants.  She also enjoyed cooking, reading, and fast cars.  Deb also loved to travel and took many long weekend road trips with her husband, Dennis or brother, Rick, to Houston, Portland, Yellowstone, and Santa Fe to name a few.  She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis; brothers, Rick Beyer, Dan Beyer; and mother, Gail Beyer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard E Beyer; and sister Deanna Beyer.

The family would like to thank Deb’s friends, coworkers, doctors, and nurses who took special care of her along the way.

A celebration of Deb’s life will be held from 3:00 pm until 6:00pm on Tuesday, August 30 at First Baptist Church, 1209 Main St. La Crosse.
