Richard “Rich” E. Mills, 81, of New Albin, IA and formerly Ferryville, died March 24, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. He left behind 2 sisters, 3 daughters, 1 son, 4 grandchildren, special friend, Karen Hutson and their dog Itsy Bitsy. He lived a full, meaningful life filled with many travels and many friends.
