Terry Michael Jaeger at the age of 63, went to his Eternal Home on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, from his heroic battle with cancer and Wegener’s Disease, peacefully in his sleep at home in Sparta.

Terry was born in LaCrosse WI, on May 28, 1954, to Raymond and Lorraine (Brendum) Jaeger.  He was the baby of the family of 6 sibling, sisters, Joan Jaeger, Sparta WI; Pat (Roger) Baker, Rockton, IL; Renee (Tom) Melde, Sparta WI; Donna Brueggeman, Sparta WI; and brother Gary (Donna) Jaeger, Sparta WI.

On Feburary 29, 1992 Terry married the Love of his Life Barbara (Baumbach).  Together they raised their blended family.  Terry is survived by his children, Justin (Heather) Pryor, Trempealeau WI; Tyna (Jaush) Van Beek, Warrens WI; Jesse (Danielle) Pryor, Cataract WI; Tara (Troy) Olson, Sparta WI.  Grandchildren Layne and Kash Pryor, Daisha and Gabryl Van Beek, Alex and Mikah Huggett, and Lexis Olson, mother in law; Jeanne Baumbach, and many neices and nephews.

His father Raymond, and mother Lorraine, father-in-law Dorwin Baumbach, Grandson Quintin Van Beek, and brother-in-law Jerry Brueggeman precede Terry in death.

Terry will always be remembered for his sence of humor and always wanting to make poeple laugh.  He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, camping and riding ATV.  His greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Terry’s family would like to thank Sparta Area Cancer Support (SACS), Coulee Region Cremation Group in Onalaska, and Fansican-Mayo Hospice Unit from LaCrosse for their help and support durring this difficult time.

Per Terry’s wishes there will be no funeral sevice, but a casual Celebration of Life will be held on November 11, 2017 at The Barney Center in Sparta WI, from 1p.m. to 4p.m.
