Frederick “Fred” Winston Riggall, 68, of Onalaska, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2012, in Lakeview Health Care, West Salem.

He was born on October 25, 1943 to Raymond and Ada (Hemingway) Riggall. He married Bobbie Jean Fuchs November 15, 1966, in Fort Rucker, Alabama. He worked for the La Crosse School Board for more than 20 years. He enjoyed his dogs, birds, gardening, and mostly spending time with his grandchildren and great grandson.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie; his children, Rob (Brenda) Riggall, Tammy (Brad) Rowell, Chris (Cindy) Riggall, Chad Riggall; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; 4 brothers; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his granddaughter, Madison.

The family would like to thank the care providers at Lakeview Health Care.

A memorial service with military honors will be held Monday, May 21, 2012 at 11:00 A. M., at Coulee Region Cremation Group, 133 Mason Street, Onalaska, Wisconsin. Pastor Steve Meyer will officiate. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
