Dear Pickett Family:
It is with a great sense of loss when we read of Joan’s death. We know that her passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew her.
Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with you.
With our deepest sympathy,
Tom and Jill (Pinski) Schee
Wonderful, strong, non-judging, Joan you will be missed. Thank you for your leadership in such an important field.
From the time Joan and I met, we were definitely linked. We loved the Lord and spent much time enjoying laughter and fun times. She will be missed by many, but we will all be together in heaven someday. Enjoy and praise our Jesus, Sister Joan.
David and family, we were so sorry to learn of your mother’s passing. Mike picked up on something on AJ’s fb page and investigated. Even when it is expected and a blessing and we know with assurity where they are…it is still so hard to lose your parents. Be gentle with yourselves and each other! It really does take three years to get back on track.
We have happy memories of Joan talking with such fondness of her time spent in Colorado that lead to an enjoyable trip we made out there as well. Praying for the Lord’s comfort and peace for all of you. With much love, Tom and Andrea and family
