Of La Crosse- Brandon A. Harrel, 56, died unexpectedly on January 20, 2013 in La Crosse.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Neighborhood City Church at 11:00 am with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.  Miliatry honors will follow the service.
