Marion A. (Kinsella) Bullock, age 89, of Onalaska Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Friday February 15, 2013 at the Onalaska Care Center. She was born on November 4, 1923 to Thomas J and Theopheilia Kinsella. She married Edward S. Bullock on June 8, 1946 in Omaha Nebraska.
She had a passion for crafts, painting, bingo, and her six Great Grandchildren who were the loves of her life. She so enjoyed them. She ran the Hickory Hill Motel in Viroqua, worked in real estate, ran a Senior Citizens Center in Milwaukee, and owned an arts and crafts store in Brookfield.
She is survived by Son Terry Bullock of Viroqua, Daughter Laurie (David) Balts of Onalaska, four Grandchildren: Nathaniel (Michelle), Clinton (Nicole), Kristin Griffin, and Jordan Bullock. Six Great Grandchildren: Noah, Hannah, Hayden, Colin, Sawyer, and Ashlynn.
She was preceded in death by both her Parents, her Husband of 56 years, Son Greg, Daughter Bobbi, and Brothers Bernard and Thomas Kinsella.
Her Family extends their heartfelt gratitude to her beloved caregivers and friends at the Onalaska Care Center who made Marion’s last years enjoyable and a place she loved to call home.
Marion was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
There will be a memorial service Saturday March 2nd, 2pm at the Onalaska Care Center for close friends and family.
“Just think of her as resting from the sorrows and the tears, in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched. For nothing loved is ever lost, and she was loved so much.”
We will always remember Marion with her contagious smile and laugh. Her kids & grandkids & great grandkids were the light in her eyes and the love in her heart – and she was very proud of you all and happy to be able to share so much time with all of you. Thanks for letting us be a small part in her life – she will always be remembered with love!

Laurie and Terry,
I am so sorry for your loss. I find comfort in knowing that your Mom and my Dad are together again with their family. May God Bless you all and your entire family. Love, Mimi and family.
I had the pleasure of sharing special summer, family, pool parties with Marion and she will be remembered forever. She was a delight and I am a better person for having known her.
Laurie and Terry,
Laura and I were very saddened to of your mother’s passing. I called my mom that evening and we shared some thoughts about all those years of going to Milwaukee/Fox Point and coming over to your house. I remember playing as kids in your back yard, and I will always remember the bottles of Coke that your parents always had on hand.
Our deepest sympathies to both of you. We know she is now in a better place.
Bill and Laura
When we think of Marion, we remember her jokes and stories. She was a funny lady with a love of life. Her family was obviously her pride and joy. She was a positive role model for us all. She had a life well lived which will go on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Well done Marion. Rest in peace! God bless!!
