Andrew Francis Tylka
Andrew Francis Tylka, age 79, of Holmen, WI, passed away on August 12th, 2022 at home. He was born June 21st, 1943 to Emil Albert and Isabelle Phyllis Kwosek Tylka. He married Ellen Waller on September 27th, 1975 in La Crosse.
Andrew loved hunting, fishing, gardening, as well as watching the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grand and great grandchildren.
Andrew is survived by his wife, Ellen; children, Vicky (Chris) Tylka, Tressa (Curtis) Hughes, Erik Ferrris, Todd (Vicki) Trailer; sisters, Betty (red) Farrand, Susie (Terry) Shafer; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceeded in death by his parents, Emil Albert and Isabelle Phyllis Kwosek Tylka; and grandson, Colton Hughes.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at The Gathering Place, 133 Mason St., Onalaska, WI, on September 17thfrom 10:00 a.m. to Noon.
Sorry to hear of Andy’s passing. He was a kind, carrying man. We will miss seeing him at Nutbush sharing good times with all his wonderful friends.

Andy was a great guy. We will miss seeing him at our daily coffee time at Nutbush, and on our fishing trips to Devil’s Lake in North Dakota. The walleyes are safe, now, Andy!
Exchanging commercial fishing stories was always part of our catching up whenever we met. Andy was just a good guy that will be missed by all us old fisherman. RIP Andy.
We will surely miss Andy and his friendship. We will always remember how he brought us fish filets and garden produce. So kind of him.
