Angeline Annette Tilson, 87, of La Crosse, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2012 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse.

She was born on October 27, 1924 to Alfred and Rosa Bates. She married Glen L. Tilson in May 1946 in Spokane, Washington.

She is survived by four children, Gloria Lowe, Dean (Sue) Tilson, Bill Tilson, Tom (Ginger) Tilson; nine grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; one grandchild, Byron Lowe; and one great-grandchild, James Tilson; daughter-in-law, Karen Tilson; son-in-law, Regis Lowe.

A private graveside service will be held in northern Minnesota at a later date.
