Melrose, WI, age 79, died Thursday, February 14, 2013, at his home in rural Melrose.
Barry was born 11/28/1933  in Bay City, Michigan.  He served 4 years in the Air Force, honorably discharged in 1955.  He worked his entire life as a well driller in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Texas . He retired to care for his beloved wife, Phyllis, until her passing in 2000, and enjoyed living near his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Barry was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis (Meyer) Jan 2000.  Also preceding him were his sister and brother-in-laws, Kathy (Paul), Jack, Jim, Roger (Charlotte), and Ron (Joyce). He is survived by his sisters Sue, Sally, Isabelle (Bub) and Sharon, and brother Pat (Marie), sister-in-law Joyce (Ed), children Caralyn and Keith (Terry), grandchildren Deanna (Adam), Heather, Matthew (Kristi), Elizabeth (Jason), Jennifer, Shenai, and Aspen, 10 great-grandchildren, and 21 nieces and nephews
A memorial service will be held March 2, 2013 at the Mindoro Town Hall at 3 pm , followed by prayers at the cemetery. Afterwards we will have a gathering of friends and family at the Mindoro town hall.
