Bobbie Jean Riggall, 78, of Onalaska, WI, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025 at Bethany St. Joseph Care Center in La Crosse.  She was born August 12, 1947 to Robert and Jean Fuchs.  She married Frederick W. Riggall of West Eaton, New York on November 15, 1966 at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

Bobbie Jean was a Spec 4 in the Army where she met and married her husband Fred.  She enjoyed country decorating, crafts and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sons, Robert (Brenda) Riggall, Christopher (Cynthia) Riggall, Chad (Stephanie) Riggall; daughter, Tammy (Brad) Rowell; grandchildren, Myriah, Haleigh, Hunter, Rion, Phoenix, Gracie, Tristin, Ella Riggall; 2 step-granddaughters, Alana, Mariea; 3 great-grandsons, Skydan, Opie, Reed; and 3 sisters, Cynthia Larson, Jacqlynn Hauser, Nancy Pengra; and many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fred and granddaughter, Madison.

The family would like to thank the care providers at Bethany St. Joseph Care Center and Moments Hospice.

Military Honors and interment will take place at Mormon Coulee Memorial Park in La Crosse.
