Brandon Scott Holmes
Brandon Scott Holmes, age 33, of Holmen, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023 at Gunderson Lutheran Hospital La Crosse, Wisconsin. He was born on January 20, 1990 to Wayne Holmes and Lisa Holsapple.
Brandon loved spending time with his fianceé Hillary and his daughters Madyson, Lydia, and Zoey. He loved shooting pool with his dad, Wayne, He loved working on cars, riding motorcycles, playing video games and MTG with his friends. He was one of the hardest workers and was a genuine guy.
You will forever be missed and loved by many.
He is survived by his fianceé ,Hillary Yanzer and their 3 daughters, Madyson, Lydia, and Zoey. He has one other daughter Emma; mother, Lisa Saffel (stepfather Larry Saffel); father, Wayne Holmes; brother, Chris Carter; aunt, Vonda Nicholas; and nieces, Madelyn, Brooklyn; and nephew, Willy.
He is preceeded in death by his sister, Jennifer Ann Carter; Grandpa, Darwin and Grandma, Ann Holsapple,; Uncle, Jerry Holsapple; Grandpa, Clifford Holmes; Uncle, Clifford Norman Holmes and Cousin, Jennifer Williams.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 3:30 pm at The Gathering Place, 133 Mason St., Onalaska. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until the time of the service.
Wayne and the entire Holmes family you have my most heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Brandon.
CJ & I are so very, very sorry to learn of Brandon’s passing. Way too dang young!
He’ll have his uncle Clifford to swap silly stories with & keep everyone in Heaven in never ending hysterical laughter.

Wayne I am so very sorry to here about your son . I wish I could do something to ease you and your familys pain. I could say he is in a better place but I dont think there is any other better place then with your loved ones. I never got the pleasure of meeting your son he sounds like a wonderful young man !
