Cecelia Dobbs, 74, died December 18, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, at 10:00 am at the Coulee Region Cremation Group of Onalaska. Interment will be held at Mormon Coulee Memorial Park in La Crosse.

    Lana and Leah,
    I had lost touch with Ceil and share in your loss. She was a beautiful
    Person who was very proud of her heritage. She is now united with Bill.
