Darwin “Duke” D. Hocking, 76, of Holmen, WI, died unexpectedly while on vacation in Williamsburg, VA on September 29, 2012. He was born on June 23, 1936 to Glen and Christina Hocking. Duke married Ann Noble on August 24, 1991 in Alaska.

He is survived by his wife; 4 daughters; 3 step-sons; and many other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 1215 Redwood, Onalaska. Rev. Donald Stein will officiate with military honors following the service at the church. Coulee Region Cremation Group at www.couleecremation.com
