David Andrew Sokolik, age 53, of La Crosse passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021.

He is survived by his mother, Violet Sokolik; and  brothers, Paul, Robert, and Roy Sokolik.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Sokolik.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
