Obituary
Elizabeth Lou Vikemyr
On February 10, 2012 Elizabeth Lou Vikemyr, 85 went to be with her many Angels.
She was born on January 22, 1927 to Scott and Leda Sidie in Racine, WI. She was united in marriage to Odean Vikemyr on July 15,1946. They moved to the farm in Springville where she embraced every season change for the next 60 years. Lovingly she tended to her cows, her chickens, and her beloved dogs. In the spring she enjoyed her gentle but firm touch with all of her flowers and gardens. She always kept her wood stove burning, her pie warm and pot of coffee for everyone who came to visit. She conversed about her books and life’s lessons. She made all of us feel welcome and would do anything to help anyone. Her family was everything to her. She read her bible and kept a strong faith which we all respected. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We will miss her always but she is at peace and watching over us.
