Erik Curtis Nedrelo
Erik Curtis Nedrelo, 34, of Onalaska, WI., passed away unexpectedly on January 14, 2022. He was born on September 14, 1987, to Randy and Roxann Nedrelo.
Erik is a graduate of Onalaska High School Class of 2006. He attended UW-Stevens Point for one year, majoring in Wildlife Management.
Erik enjoyed deer hunting, card collecting, the card game Magic: The Gathering, baseball and football, camping, canoeing, backyard campfires, cooking, outsmarting his friends and family at trivia, trying to beat his dad in cribbage, and fixing anything with duct tape and zip ties.
Erik is survived by his parents, Randy and Roxann Nedrelo; brothers, Brent of Onalaska, Craig (Hanna) of Onalaska, Keith (Emma) of Milwaukee; grandmother, Carol Schulner of Eau Claire; aunts and uncles, Laurie & Martin Olson of Bangor, WI, Terry Nedrelo of Seneca, WI, Gary & Sarah Schulner of Eau Claire, WI.; cousins, Mackenzie Berg (Cory) of Colfax, WI, Ashley (Keith) Roberts of Seneca, WI, Shelby McCullick (Jonathan) of Rockland, WI, Gabe (Autumn) Olson of Sparta, WI, Savanna Olson (Travis) of Bear Valley, WI. Many special friends and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ron and Joan Nedrelo of Seneca, WI, Jack Schulner of Eau Claire, WI; and cousin, Cory McCullick of Bangor, WI.
The family would like to thank the Onalaska First Responders, Police Departments, and Gundersen Tri-State Ambulance EMS.
His memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at First Lutheran Church, 410 Main St., Onalaska. Pastor Karyn Bodenschatz will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of service at the church. Face masks are required. A burial will take place at a later date. Click here to livestream the funeral. Coulee Region Cremation Group is assisting the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of Erik in Youth Group and on all the mission trips that he participated in. He was hard working and enthusiastic as we navigated in faith those challenging and fun teen age years! My heart breaks for you but we will see him again. Blessings to you all.
