“It has been a wonderful journey”

Frances Ann Nelson, born July 7, 1927 and died October 7, 2018 at 91 years of age.

Daughter of Dr. Ervin and Hazel Chamberlain.

Survived by children, Marilyn (Doug) Semlar, Robert (Pat) Kessler, Mitchell Kessler, Brenda (James) Kuhlmann; also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

Preceeded in death by her parents; sister, Marilyn Wright; great great grandson, Thomas Omar Reynolds.

Some of her passions were time spent with family and many friends, traveling, camping, and her cat “special”.  She dedicated her time and talents to a multitude of volunteering including her church, her children and grand children’s schools, hospice, and aids programs.  She was most happy when spending time with her granddaughter with wings, Kristi Lynn Chamberlain-Lindsey, and her husband Jhordan Lindsey.

“If it was in power to give, I’d give them all my faith in God, and my love of life”.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 12, 2018 at First Congregational Church, 2503 Main St. La Crosse.
