Gregory G. Sletten
Gregory George Sletten, born November 12th, 1969 in Park Rapids, MN to Rodney and Pearl Sletten. Lived his whole life in Laporte, MN and had recently moved to La Crosse, WI.
Joined his dad in Heaven on Sunday September 18th, 2022 suddenly while playing a game on his computer.
Graduated from Laporte High School in 1988 and from Bemidji University in 1993 with a degree in English.
Survived by his mother, Pearl; brother, Anthony (Ellen) Sletten of Holmen, WI; nephew, SSG. Shane (Nicole) Sletten of San Antonio, TX; niece, Alexandria (Angelina) Sletten of Fairbanks, Alaska; uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends.
Preceded in death by his father, grandparents, four aunts, two uncles, and cousin, Ronnie Seegmiller.
A Celebration of life will be held on October 29th, 2022 at 2:00pm, located at Laporte Community Church in Laporte, MN.
Dear Pearl and Tony, I am so sad that you have lost Greg. The picture you chose is very nice. He is now in paradise with his father , but he will live in your hearts forever. Debbie Troxel

I was so sad to hear of Greg’s passing. It has been nice to catch up on his life on FB and learn about the cool things he had done and adventures he had traveling and exploring.
Sending thoughts and prayers to your family during this difficult time. I enjoyed visiting with you, Pearl, and Greg this summer before you moved. RIP, Greg!

Our sincere condolences for Greg’s sudden passing. He will be sincerely missed. Russell enjoyed working with him and Rodney on the fireplaces they put up.

Pearl, my sincerest condolences on your loss. Greg and I shared a lifelong friendship which I will always cherish. I will miss him greatly, but will also fondly remember all of the fun and good times we shared together.
